How to avoid disastrous dating after divorce - Divorce Poetry

It must be spring fever onset or winter blues! But it hits at least a few times a year! The lonely after divorce self pitty blues! I’m definitely not in hurry to get into a relationship by any means. Especially with having young kids it proves to be a mess even trying.
But I am curious how others dealt or deal with the lonely blues! I usually keep so busy I don’t notice, but some times the feelings are over whelming.
I tried dating a few times and yea, it’s just as bad as it was when I was younger! Lol... and it’s been 3 years since my ex and I split up and got divorced. Just feel like I want to move on, but at the same time I don’t want the roller coaster that comes with it!???...
anyone else feel stuck hahaha
