Owning two dogs myself (one a ~10 week old Husky), this was a great & entertaining read!

Reminds me of the comedian Ron White
And Sluggo his bull-mastiff mix(?)..
An advert in. a local paper from a dog train’g service Telling of building a stronger bond with your dog...
“Why do I want a stronger bond? ... he rides my leg as it is !... OFF Sluggo, Off !”
(Shaking his leg...)...
We had good bonds with our dogs.
Go to McDonald’s .. get them a couple no stuff, just burgers.. and the buns. And a few of our fries.. They knew after we gave them their’s, they didn’t ask for anymore.. if we went away, they’d smell our breath and give the “where’s mine?”
Sad puppy dog eyes look.. tried not doing that too much.. but you know how that goes... ice cream is a big no -no.. we had a Vet friend that had a recipe for. Dog safe ice cream.. we’d get that occasionally for tfem..
