It is truly an art to get others to speak from a position of emotion vs one of knowledge, and yet another aspect is configuring as to whose knowledge is is speaking from that actually sounds like it is grounded in stone... When someone quotes a survey result.... it aint grounded in stone... just the perception of one. :)

What? Are you trying to ruin the fun? BTW, the article opens with assertions that are not supported by facts and the author also demonstrates a lack of understanding the concept of "cognitive dissonance".

Hahahahaha! I knew you'd be the one to catch that Captain. Sorry I forget to add you as a mention in this when I posted.

There was an old saying I remember that went something like "An artist is someone who can keep and hold two competing and differing thoughts in his head - and all artists are insane."

"If you use your awareness, you will see everything you believe, and this is how you live your life. Your life is totally dominated by the system of beliefs that you learned. Whatever you believe is creating the story that you're experiencing; whatever you believe is creating the emotions that you're experiencing." The Firth Agreement By Don Miguel Ruiz

When you change the way you think of things you change the way you see.
