SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - Years ago I was able to get C-rats from the local Army-Navy Surplus store. For grins and giggles I would get my husband a few cans and he would shoot them. One time I found a can of ham and mofos. The smell alone would have knocked a buzzard off a light pole at 100 yards. I didn't even try to take a taste.
I'm still looking for a pair of Nam jungle boots for my husband. No longer have the Army-Navy surplus store and he really misses them. He's not fond of the newer "jungle" boots.
