Honestly, if it wasn't for GI Benefits, I would seriously be feeling the stress. Completing 9 years as a Military Police officer and obtaining an associates degree in criminal justice, I thought I was at least better off. But settling down in Germany, the government stated that I could not be a police officer since I am foreign (outside the EU) and they don't recognize an Associates Degree as "University Education". So now, I am starting all over with University Education and ultimately starting from scratch.
