Excellent points in this article! I like how you stated its the first step in the hiring process, so true. As you stated if they are able to research the companies ahead of time, that is huge. That will help the service member configure questions specific to the Companies they are interested in. After all the service member should be "interviewing" the Company for a fit as much as the Company is "interviewing" the service member.
