How to identify, and handle, a demanding boss

I really wonder if any of these "experts" have worked in private industry. There is only one way to "handle" a demanding boss, wait for him/her to leave the position or you leave yours. A decision above you placed them in the position and when you react badly to their management, it reflects on them. Not good. Just my opinion as a worker and a demanding leader (note the difference).
