How to Prevent More Billionaires from Happening

Speaking for myself, I have no dislike for the wealthy, especially if they actually earned it themselves. I do have a problem with those wealthy that think they are "better" than the rest of us, when all they did was be fortunate enough to have been born to wealthy parents. I also have a problem if those wealthy made their wealth off the backs of the working class without paying those workers a livable wage. We have a long history of that.
Putting there wealth to good uses is something they all should do. What good is it to have billions and not help others? How much can a person need? Share. There are many good causes out there, folks that are trying, and could use a hand up.
