Lol. Maybe not until China sends people to the moon, sir. ISS seems to do well enough as an international scientific endeavor. But then those folks aren't staking claims anywhere.
Seems a cooperative exploration plan needs to be put in place before individual nations send people to stake out claims elsewhere in the solar system.
