It just keeps coming, if one person doesn't like it the want it removed. At the very least the state should deed the property around this monument to a vet organization so it can stand.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - Well, that would be considered a compromise....that is against their agenda

Being an atheist, I am all for separation of church and state as well as preventing a dominate, national religion. But even I find this ridiculous. No one had problems with this monument for 92 YEARS until someone decided it offended them. What bothers me the most is lawsuits like this become the dominate face of atheists. The vast majority of us don't care about religion at all or that "in god we trust" is on our currency.

What you must understand is there is a faction, small as it may be that do nothing but go around looking for this type of thing so they can sue, their hatred toward those who believe is that great. I personally don't care what a person believes or does not and if it really doesn't affect us why take it down. But it will not stop.

Not a Christian but I'm going to be Politically incorrect, This is BS!!! I am not offended by the cross or by any Memorial that honors our Brothers and Sisters who gave their life for this nation. It isn't about the Cross or Religion this is just people who want to destroy anything that reminds others of History. Memorials do two things they show Honor to those that they represent and are a lasting reminder of them, and they remind others to not follow the path that lead to the need of the Memorial. (Learn history or be doomed to repeat it) This constant bulldozing of history while trying to start another civil war shows the thought process of the liberal left.
