I have been praying for rain since end of JUNE...we have been in water rations stages...but I didn't want a Hurricane! yikes! First Hurricane to hit Texas coast since 2008...Weather channel says Hurricane Harry will stall when hits land and cause lots of rains for several days. Looks like we are in for a lot of flooding.
