Hurricane Matthew: Haiti braces for storm

That place sucks, sorry have been there and also built Refugee camps for them in Cuba. Was on a Civil Humanitarian Task Force 2008 mission covering South/ Central America, and Caribbean in 2008 we were in Colombia, and Dominican Republic was next on Mission stops, and received a re-tasking order after 4 Hurricanes back to back with the last one being Ike destroyed that place. The Task Force had to stop every thing and redeploy to Haiti, Conducted food drops, and civil engineering Surveys, and debris clearing, and rescues. They had 793 deaths and 310 missing, and tons of damage. Then the earth quake in 2010, and yes we sent a Recovery team along with UCT team to conduct Recovery and some security tasking.
