hilarious yes, but I don't think it's true. I'm pretty sure you have to I.D. threat 1st before you draw your weapon. I think it's called menacing

I wouldn't go to that exaggeration but the point is there is a lot of people carrying concealed in Texas. I saw a video where a guy try to hold up a fast food joint and it seemed like everybody had a gun...lol
