you bet! My son was laid off and was out of work for a year and a half and was fined because he didn't have health care, the fact that he didn't have a job wasn't factored in!

MSgt Ken Flood - And if you cant work and try to apply they factor in all income, they factored my husbands disability (I qualify for it too but don't get it) and told me 250 a month just for me....that's nearly half the disability check! They then put me and hundreds of others on a cap that said we had to have so much in medical expenses monthly to qualify for free healthcare. That program was supposed to be done away with. I finally did get on a good insurance for my bracket BUT I did talk to a woman that was asked to pay 400 for insurance monthly....she only made 1k a month because of the fact that so many lost their jobs or were reduced in hours, due to the newer regulations that came along with Obama.
