How will we know who to distinctively trust? If we trust the source, did Russia think that PUTIN could influence TRUMP more so than Billary? Our Sec/State just left Russia without achieving much....

Here's the deal, if this is true? Then yes we need to take steps to prevent it happening again, yes we need to go after those responsible. Does it change anything about the results of the election? NO.
Unless President Trump was an active participant, it would not be his fault, and the results of the election would and should stand. IF IT WERE PROVEN TO BE TRUE, we need to make sure it can't happen again, but honestly I believe President Trump is the only one who has really moved in that direction to protect against voter fraud. It would be somewhat ironic to have someone who MIGHT have benefitted be the chief proponent against voter manipulation. Final answer though is that unless President Trump directly assisted with this, it's not his fault and should not be counted against him. All of this applies only if true, and the way unfounded accusations have been flying since the day he took office, I have my doubts.
