I live in Canada and I didn't know about the law. Thanks for letting me know. Here is another deal, people in Canada who murdered somebody definitely don't stay in jail more than six or seven years. Recently, a guy was convicted of driving into a coffee shop in killing three people and he is serving 9 years.

You did not know about the law as stated because it a law that forbids a kind of what is almost uniformly recognized as Child abuse Read from a reputable source what the law forbids

The Canadian government upset about a Canadian man who executed to American Indians back in the 80s while he was high. He was sentenced to death but they can no longer use lethal injection on him so he is a life in prison. Here's a story showing how the families of the two victims are suffering. There are two different Justice systems. Actually, the third one is the Democrat no-bail criminals are all innocent George Soros district attorney of idiots.
