This happens because when you piss off French workers they strike and hit the streets in protest. In America you go see a therapist and get medicated to make your demoralizing job more tolerable. It's embarrassing to see how many more rights citizens of other countries have concerning employment.

Good to know! As stated in the article, "“The right to disconnect” has been codified in law." Now let's see if it gets applied in courts (and ironically one could win at the labor court, the Prud'hommes, but lose in civil court).
