In Olympics, let's focus on the winner of the race -- not the race of the winner

I agree...we won't ever get past racial issues unless we stop focusing on it. I don't care that an Asian American, African American,Transgender person, or an openly gay person won the gold medal...All I want to see is that American athletes are the best in the world beating the crap out of everyone else. I want to hear that and American won the downhill or the American team won the bobsled event not that a team made up of a gay man and a transgender woman won it. I want Americans to win....period.

Since when have we focused more on the race of a competitor whether they win or not? Firstly we are all part of the same race, the human race. I know this is Fox news and they try not to follow the same BS as other media outlets, but they are bring race issues back. I don't get it. Quit bringing up a persons skin color in everything we do and maybe we can put a majority of this all behind us. Racism will always be an issue as long as there are dipshits that promote hate based on skin color. Let's try and get away from the Media always bringing it up.
