Innovation Talk is Cheap—Start Innovating

I just sent this in on another thread, I'd been meaning to send it in here for some time generally, I've mentioned ops research (OR) on here numerous times, this is a rather striking example of a direct applicability of it to an explicit naval personnel assignment problem, I found the phrasing of this specific piece highly unusual as well as perceptive, I sent it in as an example of why OR should really receive considerably more emphasis from a STEM educ standpoint for svc personnel, just a thought on my part, I just genuinely found this specific piece unusually compelling, esp as to exactly how it was actually phrased, per se, I think if you all look at this one in some serious depth, you'll all realize why it rather captivated my cupidity, as it were, honest, enjoy....
