insecurities and Defense Mechanisms — Green Earth Wellness

Whether we want to admit this to ourselves or not, we all have a form of insecurity and a defense mechanism to counter it in one way or another. No one is exempt because this is a natural part of life and we all have to figure this thing out the best way we can. Maybe in the past we've heard the word “insecurity” but have we ever taken time to think about this on a deeper level and find out what it means internally?

Probably not, that's why I wrote this post to give you some insight that I found in my meditation lately.
