Soups are good on a cold dayespecially creamy ones to line the stomach for awhile ., What’s weird is that some soups
Can cool s’one down. Your body acts as a thermostat using the soup as a cooling agent.. prob’ly a stock based soup.. not heavy on meat and potatoes some decent size veggies, not the little tiny ones but what you can look at without straining your eyeball or digging out your 300x power reading spectacles.. for nano micro print.. (being facetious here..).

I can pack away some food, but that's a little more than I'd go for.
