Instead Of A Hot Or Cold Shower, Consider A Contrast Shower

Never done a contrast shower switching between Hot and Cold and back again. Sounds interesting...may give it a shot. Most of the time I start out with a hot shower and bath then turn it to cold before I get out so it cools my body down and I don't sweat in a hot bathroom. Plus it gives me that wake up energy boost I need. Thanks for the interesting share.

Too complicated for me. Now if there was a simple switch, I might, but after I dial-in the 'right' temperature for me, switching it over to cold and then going back to the 'right' one ... at that point I just want to get out and towel off.
