This is great news, we need to repatriate any American held in a hostile foreign land. That being said, persons traveling to locations in the world that are of high risk, need to rethink their plans, when all they are doing is rolling the dice with their lives. The price paid to repatriate is substantial, and despite all the rhetoric, unless there is a substantial internal shift of philosophy the country of Iran will always be an adversary to the United States.

For what ever reason it would not let me finish , Adm. Zumwalt jokingly gave me crap about it many times. Always in fun ,
The other officers , Lt/Gen Cooper , I knocked him down one day responding to an alarm at the CMC house then saved him when he was on s or run at the M st gate of the navy yard when he ran in front of a car that did not stop for the stop sign He always have me respect , and when he left our command after getting his 1st star , right innfront of our security company at camp David and I'm the presences of my company commander ( future CMC Gen Jones )
He credited me for saving his life
Fine officers and the best men I have ever known

COL Mikel J. Burroughs I am happy for these families and the hostages for their release. However, it is concerning that the amount we as a nation have given up to achieve this is not being investigated. Iran is an will all ways be an enemy of the US. Look at the historic data yet we are making deals to appease them.
