Iraq Control of Terrain Map: March 9, 2017

As the real fight is underway and the noose is still not closed in the west - the question remains if at some point the forces fighting for Mosul turn on each other. The other question is a political one - at what cost to the rest of Iraq to achieve a WWI style victory in the Battle West of the River.
