Is Islam a Death Cult? Martyrdom and the American-Muslim Imagination

Extremists within any religion can be likely be accurately categorized as a "death cult". Adherents of every religion are also capable of living good and peaceful lives, just as adherents of every religion are capable of killing for their faith.

There is an old saying that goes something like this: "A good man doesn't need religion to do good, however a good man does need religion to justify doing evil."

WHAT A CROCK!. I read through half of this article and call it enough. This professor should NOT be teaching anyone and though the article is quite eloquently written it does not change my mind about what I have seen or experienced from the religion of peace.
