Most likely... when you think of how many people have been reading HRCs E-mails and for how long...
I figure Putin is having a blast with it... Think about what happened in Ukraine and the amount of traffic that has been going back and forth...
Do you think HRC is Still talking to Hanoi John Kerry... and using her Personal Server... Think of all the info she put out about what and whom... and how many of the Military convoys and Air missions that were compromised...

Somewhat ignored till now.
Just like the following has been ignored:
Fake tech gear has infiltrated the U.S. government - http://security.blogs.cnn.com/2012/11/08/fake-tech-gear-has-infiltrated-the-u-s-government/
FBI worried as DoD sold counterfeit networking gear - http://www.networkworld.com/article/2279329/lan-wan/fbi-worried-as-dod-sold-counterfeit-networking-gear.html
Do I need to go further back?

Fake tech gear has infiltrated the U.S. government
By David Goldman A record number of tech products used by the U.S. military and dozens of other federal agencies are fake. That opens up a myriad of national security risks, from dud missiles to short-circuiting airplane parts to cyberespionage.
