The meaning of this is OBVIOUS!!!
SOMEONE - not naming any names (but they live in a house that isn't painted any of the colors of the rainbow - OBVIOUSLY colluded with ISIS to have these innocent Americans killed.
Of course, what you have to remember is that they wouldn't have been killed if they hadn't made the choice to abandon God's Law and Sink Into The Sea Of Depravity that is SPECIFICALLY BANNED by "The Bible".
[NOTE - In case anyone missed it, the above is what is known as "sarcasm" - although some people would say the same thing and actually mean it.]
