I have no proper answer for this other than full all out the other nations of the world banding together and going in as one with one goal and to completely eradicate these vile creatures. But, while the evil people can be killed, it's the ideas and beliefs they have that will never die.

We were shown the answer in the Anbar Awakening - the problem is that we then elected a POTUS that chose to withdraw from the world and let this scum propagate. Now the problem is much greater, but the solution is still the same.
