That would be a Nice Outcome but I suspect that they are hunkered down but using it to the utmost in their Cyber Warfare Propaganda to show that they are winning and that their Opponents are splitting apart.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I concur that their leadership and net-masters are hunkered down but I expect some of the low-level thugs are celebrating.
I hope we are dusting off some of the bunker bombs so that we can destroy some of their hidden networks and shatter the eardrums of those that survive.
