ISIS launches counteroffensives in Syria & Europe

I read this article and I always wonder where is ISIS getting their support? Tanks take fuel and men need to eat.
The section on more attacks in Europe is not because they are losing in Iraq was an eye opener. I remember reading back in 2004/2005, the Mosques in Iraq were used as staging areas for weapons and ammo. I suppose, due to the more number of Muslims into Europe after the Arab spring brought massive death and displacement of persons, some Mosques will help hide the warriors for Islam. Also, I watched a video on ISIS. It was claimed ISIS is not a group. It is an ideology and that ideology is to make Europe Islamic and the rest of the world.
These guys appear to believe what they are doing is correct and they bring chaos everywhere they go. Perhaps, this chaos was part of the agenda when the Arab spring was being supported with arms. Therefore, Islam is being used as a tool.
