ISIS must surrender or face death by shovel, top enlisted leader tells troops

First, ISIS is no longer the premier organization in Syria, the Assad/Iran alliance is.
Second: Generic trash talk is generic.
Third: How does this effect the situation? All the evidence of atrocities did very little, so how much will the conflict be influenced by pep talks?
