Isis has been in full retreat for a while now. They likely won't survive as a conventional ground force very much longer. The interesting question will be, where will the ideology spring up in force again? My current vote is northern Africa.

You are correct about northern Africa, the "Arab Spring Libya FUBAR" courtesy of this administration and our cherished, former everything hillary left that country in ruins and not even a government, lest we forget Benghazi.
