Until we see proof of death - a body - we should operate under the assumption that he is still alive and giving orders. I'm not sure how anyone could believe a report that stated they "PROBABLY" killed this guy. Drag him out & show his corpse all over the airwaves. Not only does that prove he's gone, but it is a psychological blow to his deranged followers.
