Israeli Air Force Jets Touch Down In Germany For Historic Air Combat Exercise

When the Israeli's train in the States, they refuel in Bangor, Maine at the International Airport/ANG Base. We've seen them several times. The Germans train here as well and have to be refueled for the Atlantic crossing. Several years ago, my wife and I hitched a ride on a KC135 Tanker from Bangor to Mildenhall RAF Base in the UK and we escorted 4 Luftwaffe Tornadoes across the "pond". We were the only PAX and got the VIP treatment and watched them refuel.

They say time heals all wounds.
