I would think that nail would cause a major headache! I have heard of a handful of cases where roof installers working with pneumatic nail guns have shot a nail into their cranium in the soft tissues of the mouth and lived. I am sure the dentist or perhaps general surgeon must have had a unique trophy to tell their grandkids and other people's grand kids for many years afterwards.
