A draft for everyone would give some strength. It would give our population of snowflakes some experience and spine. If they want a safe place they need to learn about cover! :)
FYI, USA has more combat experienced first termers than North Korea has combat experienced GEN officers. Something to think about.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - Remember, the Soviet made Yaks controlled the sky. Some artillery did work against tank, but we lost our artillery when that was tried. The early days of the war were not good for the Americans.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - Well, this has been a fun and interesting discussion I think (for me anyway HAHA) but to wrap up my thoughts I will explain as I did to my fiancee in the PI, because she had brought to my attention that 15 yo girl who escaped to the ROK, and told her story of what she went through to get out (only survivor of her family) The story is sad, and totally unsurprising to those of us who have even only paid a little attention to the conditions in NK. And I doubt there is even one of us who would go in a minute to help her and keep her from being raped and brutalized if we could help it. BUT she is just one little girl, if we could go to war to protect her, and save all the other little girls and boys from that kind of life we would go in a minute, however, we have to look at all the other players involved. If we took out that kid in NK who does not know how to act right, we could, BUT the Chinese would probably come into the fight as well, and THAT would be threatening to Japan, Philippines, Australia probably India AT A MINIMUM. And if Russia decided (as they likely would) that would put Europe into play as well. How many millions would die for the sake of a few children. And as sad as it is, as much as our hearts tear that there is nothing that we can do to stop it. because the alternative, WW3 is too high. And anyone who really thinks otherwise is a fool. This is not to say that if a SpecOps team was in the right place at the right time they could not save one or two, that I will not applaud them for doing so (right circumstances only, 1 in a million chance of reality). They would NOT because they will be too focused on getting themselves home first, rightly so.
So all this said, I do not want, wish nor desire a fight with NK, indeed, I would love nothing more than for all of us to be put out of work forever, But, we are the ones who stand ready to do what must be done SO OTHERS MAY LIVE (Yes, I stole the PJ's motto, it fits)

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint you comment makes no sense it was the conservatives that voted down having women register.

MSgt Michael Bischoff - I am unsure where you so politics in this. Snowflakes are weak people. I did not know that was limited to one party?

Noticed this was from February last year. I figured I'd point out that the law change that would have required women to register for selective service was killed by Congress in November.

SFC (Join to see) When I enlisted the draft was still in force. That was 1959. We had several draftees while in basic. Those soldiers were the worst, because they didn't want to be there. They whined the whole eight weeks. I could share some real stories on how some of them learned what a blanket party was.

Without a doubt, it takes the draftees specialized individual incouragement to settle in. Can you imagine a platoon of drafted women. Scary thought
