We had a podiatrist and an orthopedic surgeon that got involved in this billing Medicare instead of Tri care. . They were compounding their own drugs. There was a drug salesman I got to know where I swam. They tried to recruit him. He said his contract wouldn’t allow it. Both the surgeon and podiatrist were excellent practitioners with great reputations. Both did jail time. It was a sad scandal. Greed is terrible.
