A lot of what seems to have happened in Europe was opposite of the European Union being a good thing but weaker nations economy's having a negative effect on others. It seems that negative effect has had nations clearing out of that movement for their own well being. It seems the left and their new world order is once again failing in another project that was doomed to fail from the start. It appears it was never a good idea and depended too much for other nations to do what was wanted to prop up those not carrying their own weight. At some point Member nations had to look out for their own well being and that is exactly what they are doing.

yeah... the problem arises from the HAVES (France & Germany) dictating to the HAVE ALITTLES (Portugal, Italy, Denmarck, etc) and the HAVE NOTS (Greece, Ireland, etc) how they should handle their economies. including all the pea-brained socialist ideas they come up with. Problem is, the economies of the HAVE ALITTLES and the HAVE NOTS can't handle the dead weight. and the REST of the EU (including the German HAVES) are getting tired of propping them up.
meanwhile the FRENCH (it's ALWAYS the damn FRENCH) keep coming up with more pea-brained ideas THAT DON"T EVEN WORK IN FRANCE!
