The media is going to complain about anything President Trump does. He doesn't seem to care. Why should I? Principals at the G20 are constantly ducking out for more important meetings with individual world leaders, leaving representatives to sit in on mundane meetings. Ivanka sat in on one about women entrepreneurs. Seems more than appropriate to me. How about you?

At the time Ivanka Trump sat in for her Dad, the subject being discussed by the President of the World Bank, was African economic development; specifically initiatives aimed at assisting African women entrepreneurs, like the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (WE-FI)

1) Ivanka Trump attended Georgetown University for two years, then transferred to the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, from which she graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics in 2004.

2) The Wharton Club of New York, the official alumni association of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for the New York metropolitan area, gave Ivanka Trump the 2012 Joseph Wharton Award for Young Leadership, one of their four annual awards for Wharton alumni.

3) Ivanka Trump is a published author. The title of her book is “Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success”

4) Before President Trump announced his candidacy for President of the US; Ivanka Trump spearheaded the effort to get the World Bank to create the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (WE-FI) that will make more than $1 billion available to improve access to capital for women in developing nations.

5) Ivanka Trump, as a business women and CEO, has developed successful fashion lines.

6) Many of the most successful economic initiatives that have allowed African women to improve their economic condition, their families' economic condition, and their communities economic condition are cottage industries surrounding fashion textiles and fashion accessories which command developed nation prices and profits, with minimal capital investment and with skills commonly existing amongst the developing nation's female work force.

Unprecedented? maybe. Smart? probably.

So let me get this right... our president, who has a highly educated and business savvy daughter, whose accolades on women's causes is well documented asked his daughter to address a body of people regarding women's causes in the work force, representing his ideals. Did I get any of that wrong?
And the argument against this is that former leaders of our nation didn't do it because they apparently had less faith (justified or not) in the abilities of their spouses or children?

The one thing I have seen about our president is that he does not think "outside the box"... He doesn't even allow the box to enter the conversation!!! We are going to have a wild and wonderful right back to the top of the world stage!! Hang on!!! The loops coming up next!!!!
