They're retired now and I'm glad to read what they had to say. They know what's going on and Obama should have used their knowledge about war, instead of ignoring what they had to say. If Clinton wins we can expect another century of war in the Middle East. If Trump wins, I think he will listen to his advisors and do something to end this rediculous war.

Retired Gens. James “Mad Dog” Mattis and Anthony Zinni were asked by Time magazine Tuesday to assess the U.S.-led coalition’s efforts against the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL. Neither man was convinced the president had a winning long-term strategy.

Let me get this straight. Two experts criticized the man who has the tough job, but neither one offered an alternative? Anybody can do that. Reminds me of Teddy Roosevelt's speech:
