I understand the purpose of the piece, however, I font agree with the analogy, for several reasons. What happened inmJapan, Germany, and Italy, happened for different reasons, at a different time in history, when they all simultaneously entered their Fascist phase. The Hermit Kingdom is a completely different scenario. First, the period of history is far later. Second, when Japan did what itmdir, the Manhattan Project hadn't yet started, let alone succeeded. And, third, China may ne Communist, and thus inimical to democracy, regardless of how much its people have been lulled by Deng Xiao Pemg's capitalist guise to pacify the people there, however, they're not overtly psychotic, certainly not to the extent the Hermit Kingdom is. Sooner or later, what I think is most likely to happen will ne that China tells the rest of the world to back off, and let them handle that place and that little monster. Sooner or later, that place is going to wind up a Chinese province or territory, its practically one now. China's people want capitalism, the Communists there aren't going to let that little morin start his own personal little war, regardless of how psychotic he is, or how psychotic he makes that place. Those people have been vrutalized for decades, as I've said before, that whole pot has been simmering for all that time, its nomwonder its reaching slow boil. Fascism and communism, whole there is somemoferlap between such societies, are very different things, sociologically, and ideologically, thats why that German monster inmWW2 loathed Stalin, despite the initial treaty with him. Tomoose an analogy between Pearl Harbor and what's happening in the Hermit Kingdom now is a fairly obvious thohght, however, I quite honestly think it a specious one. The Hermit Kingdom is just doing what China pets it do, China could mop upmthemfooor with that little idiot, with both hands behind its back. The Hermit Kingdom is in some sort of weird No-Stalinist, neo-Maoist time warp, with its collective Communist leadership aggravated by 70 urs of stalemate, that's what's causing that little idiot to ne allowed to do what he's doing, he and his whole cre want South Korea back, they have for decade, they kmow they'll never ne allowed to get their hands on the place, thankfully, and the whose thing is just simply getting their gapl, in AOL honesty, all the saver rattling theyre doing is just venting spleen in their aggravation, whichmChina pets go I'm, for the simoe reason that they're Communists also, I quite honestoynthinkmit's as simple as that, I kmow ill likely nemdisagreed with, however, those are mymhonest thoughts, I'd ne most eager for any discussion, of course, many thanks.
