This is kinda cool. Seem a little high priced for the floor space, but then again I don't know anything about home building.

Looks like they're about 6-8 inch thick walls. Great insulation there.

But, if it cracks all of that is coming down on you. Some cases the quake is traight up and down, in that case they would all roll to the lowest point in the development.
