B/C it highlights the hypocrisy...
Hillary is (was) the standard bearer for the fight against the "war on women". And her comment quoted by Tucker was the "standard" set, and adhered to by the left...until the person the war is being waged on is not one of them.
There are other comments from left wing, women, leaders that are more extreme that would highlight that the hypocrisy is far more wide spread than just Hillary (or this event for that matter)

The media despises Melania for a few very specific reasons:
1. She is married to Donald Trump. In their mind he is evil incarnate. So she is guilty by association.
2. She is a very successful woman in her own right. She made it big in a tough industry and showed them how it was done. Refer to number 1
3. She is beautiful, elegant and they are not. They despise her for that too. You would think in this hyper sensitive era they would not try to shame her for being beautiful. Refer to number 1.
4. She can wear just about anything and make it look pretty good. The clothes/shoes don't make her, she makes them. They cannot stand that either but refer back to number 1.
