LCDR (Join to see) It appears that it is the way the country is going, not just procurement, but everything this country wants to do or needs to do!

It's all in the same basket of eggs which has come under scrutiny in poor workmanship on all levels of integrity by not only the private sector contractors but the very institution we took a oath with. It's not just now become a total joke, this bullshit has been an ongoing endeavor by those lining their pockets with military funding for decades.
We've had a breakdown in our government since Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush jr and Obama! No one gives a dam in the, that's why everytime military budgets come up it a total cluster fuck. It's actually quite embarrassing to watch this song and dance play out over and over again, and not seeing a change forward to actually make it work right from the get go! The system is at a level of total meltdown as we see it, we have a POTUS who is working towards trying to fix/change the process. The only thing we here from both sides is what and how can we impeach the very individual who knows what to do to fix what the former President's have managed to totally screw up. I remember the day's when we had to comshaw with a 20lb can of coffee for chalk so we could test all watertight doors/scuttles etc prior to a deployment in the mid 70's ?

AWS is highly commercialized, and probably one of the best equipped to meet the government’s cloud security and infrastructure needs. Sometimes the appearance of balancing competition and fairness in these contracts can easily lead to a downward spiral prone that is easily abused. Buying power is better pooled.
