That is somewhat humorous SSgt (Join to see) in that jellyfish rise and fall every day in the oceans as God designed them to. Certainly when they are brought in large numbers by shifting ocean currents they can cause problems for swimmers and beach goers among others.
I expect if Jellyfish could talk they would prefer to be not bunched up my the tides. :-)
