I haven't heard this story many years ago and forgotten it. Thank you for bringing it back into the light of day. It appears that we're going to have to relive the Civil Rights Movement. Sadly, it's accomplishments have been squandered during the past seven years by those who can't let go of the anger inherited from others who suffered the actual privations of segregation and discrimination. For even greater insight into this man's experiences, I recommend that people read "Painted Bird'. Griffin was a "Painted Bird"
