John Stossel: President Trump has just broken my heart

This guy basically just rehashed all the talking points for NAFTA. So we have had 23 years to see how well that went. According to this piece giving up jobs in order to pay less for an imported product will make America grow. That is the sales pitch. Now history. American people losing their jobs does not help anybody. It creates a surplus of labor and and that leads to replacing of those long term employees with those that are willing to accept a lower pay. Then open the border and flood the job market with illegal labor and wham! You have a recession! So let's keep the jobs in this country and pay the extra $.05 for that toaster. It beats the hell out of Timmy strait out of college taking your job or just as bad some dude in Kathmandu taking your job.
