It's been said before to deaf ears, VA's policy is to stonewall deny (31% of all are denied initially), stonewall (I was told the Fybromialgia a neurologist diagnosed me having, was presumptive because of my Desert Storm service, denied, 1st appeal denied, more medical evidence, approved at the 10% level, even though the regulation states my level of constant, not relieved by medicine pain should be 40%), not helpful, if you have diabetes, and get say ED, then the VA states, even though 50% (the highest percentage of any cause) people with diabetes get ED, it could be ANYTING, and defiantly not the condition the VA pays for. The exams are like a Spanish Inquisition by individuals who are convinced, despite reams of evidence provided, that you are there to steal from them. That's why I deleted. Sounded to angry. The VA doesn't need me to tell them again what thousands of others have said.
