The notion that closing ranges saves lives is BULLSHIT. Addison's range has been open the whole time, and the only steps they have taken are; closing every other lane, and limiting the number of shooters in the range. Usage has been somewhat self-limiting because many people are staying home rather than coming to the range.

Same with the Georgia Gun Club. I haven't been but planning a trip over there in a week or two.

As a veteran with anxiety and depression issues, I'd much rather see people going to the gun range during this lockdown that we're suffering through, rather than them going out on the streets with auto & semi-auto assault weapons, fully loaded, and pissed off. I, personally, find that shooting is a release of tension for me and nobody gets hurt. Of course, I'm able to do this right here in my own yard.
