This is aggravating. There is not such THING as a high capacity magazine. If they weapon is built to hold 5 rounds it holds 5 rounds. If it's built to hold 20 rounds, it holds 20 rounds. California is one of the places in this nation that I will never voluntarily visit anymore. I just cannot stand what is going on there and how they want a disarmed populous. The law abiding citizens are law abiding because they choose to be, they should not be punished for it. Criminals, well its all in the name, rules and laws do not apply to them, so how would a ban on a magazine stop them from getting one anyway?

I am glad the judge blocked it, but even Judge Thomas in the SCOTUS felt that the issue of the second amendment needed to be looked at finally and he was talking about a court case out of California. SCOTUS needs to get onto this and finally make a judgment. I for one like my "disfavored amendment" rights that the 2nd amendment offer, and I think that all citizens should be able to have those rights regardless of what state they live in.

Hmmm. Common sense wins out. Odd in California.
